- Box Office Hours
- The box office is open in the lobby one hour before performances. Doors to the theatre usually open 45 minutes before performances.
- Reservations, Reserved Tickets & General Admission

- Many of our performances play to sold-out audiences, therefore you are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
- Reservations are held until 15 minutes before performances, at which time the seats will be released to those on the waiting list.
- Unreserved tickets may be purchased at the door from one hour prior to showtime, providing there are unsold seats
for that performance.
- Reservations are for tickets only, NOT for specific seats. Bedford Players performances are General Admission.
First come - First seated.
- Reservations may be made by calling 832-3300 or online at www.bedfordplayers.ns.ca.
The reservations system generally opens 4-weeks before each show starts.
- Need to change a reservation? Just call the ticket line and leave a message indicating your previous reservation
information and the change you require.
- Can't attend after reserving your tickets? Just call the ticket line and leave a message in order to release
your reserved tickets for others to use.
- Methods of Payment
- Cash only.
- Ticket Replacement / Refund
- Since you pay for your tickets at the door, there is no need for a replacement or refund policy.
- Public Transportation
- Metro Transit busses pass right by the theatre on a regular basis. The 80 stops nearby as well as other routes.
- Parking
- Parking is in the church parking lot or, after that fills, on adjacent side streets when possible. Please park responsibly
so as to allow as many as possible to take advantage of the parking lot.
- Late Seating
- Should you arrive late for a performance, Bedford Players Front of House Staff will seat you during an appropriate break in
the show. This is at the discretion of the Front of House Staff.
- Refreshments
- Bedford Players Theatre operates a small bar before performances and during the intermission. Bottled water, beer, wine,
soft drinks and chocolate bars are available.
- Special Assistance
- Bedford Players Theatre is an accessible building for
those with disabilities. If you require special assistance please let our Front of House Staff know when you reserve your tickets.
Bedford Players has an audio loop for the hearing impaired. Wheelchair seating is available. Please let us know when you make
your reservation.
- Comfort
- Bedford Players Theatre is a non-smoking building and strives to
be scent-free. Many patrons have severe allergies to scents; please refrain from wearing scented products to Bedford Players
performances.
- Children
- Children are welcome to our performances as long as they occupy
their own seats. It should be noted though, that some of our performances contain humour or situations that may not be
suitable for all ages. For information about specific shows, please contact us.
- Other
- Cameras and recording devices are prohibited to be used in our theatres.
