The cast and crew of Sorry! Wrong Chimney! would like to thank everyone for coming out to see the show. An extra thanks goes to those patrons who had to reschedule from Thursday and Friday for the matinee on Sunday, added to give everyone a chance to see the show.
Thanks to all the hard-working volunteers who offered their time for this production and took on extra jobs as illness sidelined others.
We hope to see everyone in the Spring for our production of Bedroom Farce by Alan Ayckbourn.
First time director Jill Curley took the old theatrical saying "Break a leg!" a little too seriously and broke her foot. She had to rest for three weeks during rehearsals. Stage manager Karen Waterfield stepped up to fill in while Jill was away. Karen has directed with Bedford Players in the past.
Illness also struck the cast this production. The dress rehearsal was canceled, as were two shows in the final week. Our ticket line volunteers managed to get in touch with just about everyone for the final Thursday and Friday nights. And filled up a last-minute matinee so that patrons from the two canceled nights had a chance to see the show.
Congratulations to long-time Bedford Players member Alleen Parsons who will be performing in New York City! Bedford Singers have been invited to perform at the Lincoln Centre for the Performing Arts in January.
Alleen has produced a number of recent productions with Bedford Players and has taken on numerous jobs within the theatre. We'd list everything she's done for Bedford Players, but this is a newsletter and not a novel. Thanks for all your hard work and congratulations once again!
Our Spring production is Bedroom Farce by Alan Ayckbourn and will be directed by Stacey Fownes. Performances run from April 22nd to May 8th (Thursdays to Saturdays).
There will be a play read of Bedroom Farce on Monday December 14th at 7pm at the theatre. Auditions will be held Sunday and Monday January 17th and 18th at 7pm, also at the theatre. Please watch the website for more details.

Bedford Players would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We'll be back to work in January preparing for our next production and look forward to seeing sold out audiences each night in April/May.
